The short version

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email amritbx@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. We confirm within two working days.

What happens next

• We issue the refund through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
• It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
• Your licence key is switched off and stops activating Crowny.

If we could not deliver

If you paid and your key did not reach you, write to us: we send it, or refund you in full if you prefer.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong: if Crowny does not work on your Mac as described on the home page, we will fix it or refund you. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected by this policy.
